Finca with a total surface area of 30.600 m2, located about 9 kilometers from the village of Maella and also 9 kilometers from the village of Mazaleon. There are olive trees in a private valley, which opens onto a terrace, which is completely surrounded by hilly areas. Because of this there is a lot of privacy. The mas has an area of 84 m2, divided over two floors (2x 42 m2). The walls are standing upright, but the roof has collapsed. The mas is located on a high point of the property and therefore has beautiful views. It is possible to completely renovate the mas. It is a quiet location with lots of privacy. To get to the mas with a car, the road would have to be repaired. We can assist with this, this happens more often.
