Finca with water in Maella with a total area of 19.200 m2 (1.92 hectares). The finca is located about 3 kilometers from the village of Maella and less than 2 kilometers from the Matarraña river. The plot where the buildings are located has an area of 15.300 m2 and the two plots along the path have an of 3.900 m2. All plots are planted with young olive trees and can be irrigated. The 'caseta' is newly built and has an area of 40 m2, plus the roof. The caseta is built from sustainable materials and consists of a livingdining room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
