The mas is in good general condition and has a saddle roof. The water comes from an irrigation canal. Thanks to the water connection, a vegetable garden is possible and all kinds of fruit trees grow well. Irrigation is possible every Monday. For use of water in the mas a reservoir can be filled. The irrigation canal is located about two meters from the building. The finca is planted with about 80 paulownias, 30 olive trees, several old kiwi trees, a pear tree, a grape vine, a walnut tree and a number of hazelnut trees.
